I came to Minnesota in 2015 — just a teenager, not knowing what the future would look like. I graduated from Minnetonka High School and earned a full ride to Lehigh University. Everything was lined up: the grades, the scholarships, the path. But something didn’t sit right.

While in college, I found myself constantly drawn to physical work. I wasn’t made to sit still or stare at spreadsheets — I wanted to build things. I wanted to work with my hands. Flooring became my side hustle, then my passion, then my full-time pursuit.

What started as a few weekend jobs quickly turned into a flood of word-of-mouth referrals. People appreciated the care, the detail, and the honesty — and I realized this was more than just work. It was the start of something real.

Today, iFlooring is still a small team by choice. We don’t want to be the biggest, just the most trusted. We’ve served over 1,000 homeowners across the Twin Cities, and we stand behind our work with the kind of service and care we’d expect in our own homes.
